Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and measurable impact. Operating in a regulated healthcare domain, you'll balance customer needs, compliance and commercial outcomes, and you'll partner closely with engineering and design to ship work that moves retention and revenue. This is a role for a product leader who wants clear ownership and clear impact.
- Define the strategy, vision and roadmap for a core product area
- Run continuous discovery — interviews, data and market insight — to identify the right problems
- Translate insight into a clearly prioritised, outcome-oriented roadmap
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality solutions
- Define and track the metrics that matter, including retention and revenue impact
- Balance customer needs with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Communicate strategy, trade-offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Own the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, launch and adoption
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a seasoned B2B SaaS product manager who leads with evidence, communicates crisply and is comfortable owning outcomes.
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical, discovery and prioritisation skills
- A track record of shipping products that moved meaningful metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving team
- Ability to balance customer, commercial and technical considerations
- Regulated, healthcare or compliance-heavy product experience is a strong plus
- Fluency working with data and experimentation
