Job Description

Our client is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead a core product area at a healthtech scale-up. You'll own discovery, strategy and delivery for your area, turning customer and market insight into a prioritised roadmap and measurable outcomes. Working in a regulated domain, you'll balance user needs, compliance and commercial impact alongside a strong engineering and design team.

  • Define and track the metrics that matter for your area
  • Balance user needs with compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Communicate strategy, trade-offs and progress to stakeholders
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on launch and adoption

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for an evidence-led product manager who owns outcomes and communicates with clarity.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong discovery, prioritisation and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with data and experimentation
  • A track record of shipping products that moved meaningful metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to balance customer, commercial and technical considerations
  • Healthcare or regulated-product experience is a strong plus
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style
