Job Description

Our client is hiring a Product Designer to design intuitive, high-quality experiences for a martech product where design craft is a genuine differentiator. You'll own features from research through to shipped UI, contribute to a growing design system, and partner closely with product and engineering. This is a great role for a designer who wants ownership and impact in a fast-moving team.

• Own features from research through to shipped, high-quality UI
• Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished visual design
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
• Contribute to a growing design system and component library
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers
• Raise the quality bar for craft, usability and consistency
• Participate in and contribute to design critiques
• Validate designs with users and iterate based on feedback

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a talented product designer with a strong portfolio and a collaborative, iterative approach.

• 3+ years of product design experience
• A strong portfolio across interaction and visual design
• Fluency in Figma
• Good understanding of user research and usability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• An eye for craft and detail
• Experience with design systems is a plus
