Job Description

Our client is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product function and a team of product managers at a Series C SaaS scale-up. You'll set product vision and strategy, build and coach the team, and drive measurable outcomes across the portfolio. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has scaled product organisations and can operate at both strategic and executional levels.

  • Set and communicate product vision and strategy across the portfolio
  • Build, coach, hire and grow a team of product managers
  • Drive measurable outcomes and a strong product operating model
  • Own the roadmap and prioritisation across products
  • Manage senior stakeholders and align product with commercial goals
  • Partner with engineering, design and go-to-market leadership
  • Establish and improve product discovery and delivery practices
  • Champion a data-informed, customer-centred product culture
  • Report on product performance to the executive team

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a product leader who has built and scaled teams and can balance strategy with hands-on delivery.

  • 8+ years in product, including 3+ years leading product teams
  • Experience scaling product organisations in B2B SaaS
  • Strong strategy and stakeholder-management skills
  • A track record of measurable business impact
  • Excellent people leadership and coaching ability
  • Strong analytical and discovery instincts
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
