Job Description
Our client is hiring a Product Manager to own a core product area used across the region at a DIFC-regulated fintech. You'll drive discovery, roadmap and delivery, work with payments or financial products, and manage stakeholders across the business. The salary is tax-free, with strong family benefits and annual flights home.
- Drive discovery, strategy and delivery for a core product area
- Own the roadmap and prioritisation for your area
- Work with payments or financial products in a regulated context
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality solutions
- Balance user needs, compliance and commercial impact
- Define and track the metrics that matter
- Manage stakeholders across the business and communicate clearly
- Run experiments and use data to inform decisions
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a strong product manager with fintech affinity and the range to own a product area end-to-end.
- 5+ years of product management in B2B or fintech
- Strong analytical, discovery and prioritisation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- A track record of shipping products that moved meaningful metrics
- Comfortable balancing customer, commercial and compliance needs
- Payments or financial-products experience is a strong plus
- Open to being based in the UAE
- Data-informed, outcome-focused mindset
