Job Description

Our client is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team through the next stage of scale at a high-growth e-commerce enablement SaaS. You'll lead, hire and grow engineers, balance technical leadership with delivery, and scale teams and processes in a fast-moving environment. • Lead, coach, hire and grow a team of engineers
• Own delivery, quality and technical direction for your team

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for an engineering leader who can scale a team quickly without losing quality or culture.

• 6+ years in engineering, including 2+ years of people management
• A strong technical foundation
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS
• A proven track record of hiring and growing engineers
• Excellent delivery and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with leadership
• Open to being based in the UAE (relocation supported)
• A collaborative, outcome-focused leadership style
