Magnus Kor's Commission Structure

We operate three commission tiers based on experience and cumulative placement value:

Standard Tier (20% commission): For new contractors in their first 6 months or with under $50,000 in cumulative placement fees.

Senior Tier (25% commission): For contractors with 6+ months AND $50,000+ in cumulative fees generated.

Lead Tier (30% commission): For contractors with 12+ months AND $150,000+ in cumulative fees, or those in a Team Lead role.

Self-Sourced Bonus: +5% on the first placement from any client you personally brought in.

These rates are applied to the placement fee - not the candidate's salary. Our placement fees range from 15-25% of the candidate's first-year CTC (Cost to Company), depending on the engagement model.

SaaS startups typically hire in the $100,000-$200,000 CTC range for core roles. Here's what that means for recruiter earnings at each tier:

Software Engineer ($120,000 CTC) - Partnership Model (20% fee)

Placement fee to Magnus Kor: $24,000
